View Generic Asset Template

View the list of pre-configured asset templates created in the landing page of the Generic Asset Templates tab of Template Definition.

The templates are listed with information as defined in the following table:

Field Name

Description

Template ID

Unique ID generated automatically.

Template Name

Name or description of the asset template.

Asset Category

Category under which the asset is grouped.

Asset Class

Class under which the asset is grouped.

Created By

Email ID of the template creator.

Created Date

Creation date and time (DD-MM-YYYY HH:MM:SS).

Reviewer

Email ID of the assigned reviewer, if any.

Approver

Email ID of the assigned approver, if any.

Updated Date

Last updated date and time.

Status

Current template status.

Actions

Option to clone the template.

Filters

Click icon to display the Filters window. Select one or more of the following:

  • From the Asset Class drop-down list, select a class to filter templates.

  • From the User drop-down list, select a user to filter templates created, reviewed, or approved by that user.

  • From the Status drop-down list, select one of the following:

    • Active

    • Approved

    • In Progress

    • Pending Approval for Delete

    • Pending for Approval

    • Pending for Review

    • Pending Review for Delete

    • Needs Revision

  • Click Apply to view the asset in the Generic Asset Template list.

Search Templates

In the Search box, enter a key string which is a part of Template ID, Template Name Description, Asset Category or Asset Class of the desired Asset to display the related assets in the Generic Template page.

  • When an user navigates from current page to the previous page, they are directed to the same previous page where the process was initiated.

  • For example, if you initiate a process in 'Custom Template' under 'Template Definition' and next move to 'Template Configuration', then when navigating back you are directed to the 'Custom Template' page and not the main landing page, that is "Generic Template' under 'Template Definition'.
