Opportunity Loss Manager(OLM) is designed to address this issue by identifying areas of loss and their root causes, and by tracking preventive actions.

The OLM application offers the following features:

  • Loss Configuration: This feature allows you to set up and monitor losses for specific equipment or an entire plant.

  • Loss Management: This feature enables the generation, classification, and investigation of loss events.

  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA): This feature helps in defining an action plan and closing the RCA actions.

  • Dashboards: These provide detailed insights into various loss categories and performance metrics of equipment and machinery.

To access the OLM application, go to Genix Platform > Digital App Center > Opportunity Loss Manager.

The breadcrumb navigation helps you understand the current location within the application and allows you to easily navigate back to previous tabs.
