Summary

Following table describes the various fields in the Summary tab:

Field Name

Description/ Action

Curve Name

Name of the curve configured with the parameter.

Nominal Value

The latest reference value calculated based on the Nominal curve

Nominal Value Deviation

The deviation is calculated using the formula

Nominal Deviation=(Process Value-Nominal Curve Value)/(Nominal Curve Value)*100

Parameter Name

Name of the selected parameter.

Process Value

The actual value against the parameter.

Reference Value

Value of curve plotted based on the linear interpolation of Z axis curves based on actual operation.

Reference Value Deviation

The deviation is calculated using the formula

Reference Deviation=(Process Value-Reference Value)/(Reference Value)*100
