Administration

Administration is a Genix application which empowers IT administrators of the organization to perform the administrative tasks to automate the business process. Following are the features and enhancements in Administration as part of Genix Suite 25.2:

Administrators can use the following capabilities to customize the application:

• Use the new instance tag Demo

• Use hex code to select your primary color in Colour Theme

• Improvement in Masthead Textfields

• The identity and authentication provider is replaced from WSO2 to Keycloak and HashiCorp Vault is replaced with OpenBao to manage authentication and security protocols for Genix applications, allowing user to configure effective password policies.

• For on-premises and cloud SaaS-based deployments (Customer & ABB), the Genix file API service is exposed, allowing customers to integrate the antivirus plugin as needed. The antivirus software ClamAV must be procured and integrated by the customer.
