Diagnostics

Check the health of the email system in the Diagnostics section.

Diagnostics screen

Click Run Diagnostics to update the Email Sending States and Connection Status for your configured accounts.

• Email Sending provides the state detail of the configured accounts; whether emails are made allowed to be sent from the accounts or not.

  You can change this state in the Configuration section.

• See the number of emails that are in the current queue. Also, analyze the processing time and last sent email time stamp details.

• In the Connection Status section, you can see the list of all the accounts from which emails are sent and the connection details of the configured accounts.
