Add/Edit Receiver's Email Address

With this functionality, you are enabled to add or edit receiver's email address on which you want to send the notification.

Perform the following steps to Add or Edit sender's email address:

1. Open theEmail Configuration from Genix APM Predict Maintenance Dashboard.

2. Click Email Accounts

3. Click the Select Category dropdown.

4. Select appropriate asset category from the list.

5. Select the appropriate node from the hierarchy below.

   User can select a parent, child or a leaf node from the list of asset heirarchy group.

6. Click Add New Receiver.

7. Select the receivers email address from the Select User dropdown.

8. Select the appropriate Notification Options.

9. Click the appropriate option for Select Time Range for Summary Email.

10. Click Save.

Add New Receiver

Weekly/Monthly Summary Notification

You can choose and configure to receive the summary notification of all the changes in asset health status on a weekly or monthly basis.

Perform the following steps to configure the Summary Email:

1. Open the Email Configuration from Genix APM Predict Maintenance Dashboard.

2. Click Email Accounts

3. Click the Select Category dropdown.

4. Select appropriate asset category from the list.

5. Select the appropriate node from the hierarchy below.

   User can select a parent, child or a leaf node from the list of asset hierarchy group.

6. Click Add New Receiver.

7. Select the receivers email address from the Select User dropdown.

8. Select Summary email from Notification Options.

9. Click Week Start Day from Select Time Range for Summary Email for weekly subscription.

   or click Month Start Day from Select Time Range for Summary Email for monthly subscription.

10. Click Save.

Delete Receiver's Email Address

With this functionality, you are enabled to delete the receiver's email address on which the notification is received.

Perform the following steps to delete sender's email address:

1. Open the Email Configuration from Genix APM Predict Maintenance Dashboard.

2. Click Email Accounts

3. Select appropriate asset category from the list.

4. Select the email address you want to delete.

5. Click the delete icon.

Default Email Template

View the following information in an email configured with default email template:

• Subject: ABB Genix APM Predict Asset Status Change Alert.

• Aseest ID: ID of the asset you have subscribed with the time in UTC at which the status of the asset was changed.

• Overall Asset Status: The table containing the asset status and the count

• Active Alarm Summary: Alarm summary contains the following fields:

  Field	Description
  Asset Name	Name of the assets that is changed
  Condition/Subcondition	Active condition or state of the asset
  From/ To	The change in the count. Count is the number of times the asset has gone to that particular state
  Description	Details about the change
  Alarm Activated Time	Time (in UTC) at which the alarm is triggered
