Delete Custom Asset Template

To delete a template, you need respective roles and permissions. Also, you can delete only the templates that are not assigned to an asset. Perform the following steps to delete a Custom template:

1. Go to Genix Platform > Digital App Center > My Apps > APM Model Configuration and Deployment > APM Foundation.

2. Click Template Definition section.

3. Click Custom Template tab.

4. Click button under Action column, in the row of the template which you want to delete. Delete Confirmation dialog box appears.

   Delete icon is enabled only if you are the creator of that particular system template.

5. Click Continue. The Asset Template gets deleted and the line item is removed from the Template list.

   You cannot delete the system templates if the status is Active, Pending for Review or Pending for Approval.
