Configure Email Notification
In this section, you are enabled to add, edit, delete the receiver's email address and configure the frequency at which you receive the notification i.e weekly or monthly and what kind of notification status you will see in the inbox i.e summary email or an instant alert.
Add SMTP Server
Add the SMTP Server In the Configuration tab of Email Configuration screen, SMTP is an server that helps an application to send an email notification.
With proper permissions you can configure the following parameters on the notification server according to your requirement.

SMTP Server

Port Number
-
User Name and Password- The essential credentials which the user can provide.

Sender's Email Address- The email address which is already in use

Template Format- Upload any specific template to be used while sending the email notification.

Email Frequency- What is the minimum and maximum frequency to send an email.

Retry Limits- The maximum number of trial to send a failed notification.
Perform the following functions to configure the email notification service:

Open the Email Configuration from Genix APM Predict Maintenance Dashboard.

Click Configuration.

Click Add SMTP Server.

Fill the details in the Add SMTP Server window.

Click Add.
Add SMTP Server
You can create multiple SMTP servers in the Configuration Tab. These servers can be made active using the Active/Inactive toggle button.
You can activate a single SMTP Server at a time.
