Approve Asset Template

Once the Asset Template is reviewed and submitted for Approval by the reviewer, respective "Approver" of the Asset template, with appropriate access, can Approve the template and if needed, provide comments.

Perform the following steps to approve an Asset Template:

1. Go to Genix Platform > Digital App Center > My Apps > APM Model Configuration and Deployment > APM Foundation.

2. Click Template Definition section.

3. Locate the Asset Template which you want to review, using the filters, search option or manually.

   Ensure that your user ID is assigned in the Approver column.

4. Click the respective template you want to review. Template Details tab is displayed.

5. Review the details entered in Template Details and Parameters page. View the consolidated details in the Summary page.

6. Click Reviewer and Approver tab.

7. Click the drop-down and select new owner (creator) for the asset template, if required.

8. Click Send back button, if you want to send the template to the creator for change.

9. Click Approve button, if you want to approve the template.

10. Enter your comments in the Add Comments dialog box and click Submit.

    When the approver approves the template, the system sends a notification email to the template owner, reviewer, and approver.
